All children that are not potty trained are required to wear a reusable swim diaper in the pool. Please do not use a disposable swim diaper.
Registration & Tuition: Annual Registration is $50 per student, $60 per family. Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of the month. Payment is collected in advance of lessons conducted.
Missed Lessons/Make Up Policy: You are paying for your reserved time on the schedule, not your attendance. In order to be eligible for a make up lesson, we need advance notice that you will not be attending your regularly scheduled lesson. Missed lessons will be made up at the instructor's discretion depending on time available. If you do not show up at your reserved lesson time, that lesson is not eligible for a make up lesson. If you cancel more than 3 lessons, there's a good chance that we will not be able to complete additional makeups. Any lessons canceled by the instructor will be priority makeups and they will be scheduled as soon as it is possible to do so.
Weather: WE WILL CALL YOU IMMEDIATELY if we determine that lessons will be cancelled due to the weather. If you call the office to inquire about any cancellations and do not receive an answer, that indicates that we are in the pool conducting lessons. Any lessons cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled by your instructor.
